Matt Sanderson, BTF Level 3 Triathlon Coach
Matt is an experienced Level 3 BTF Triathlon Coach, Level 4 Personal Trainer and has attended the Swim Smooth Coach Education Training Course. He is co-founder of www.triathloncoaching.uk.com, a website that delivers bespoke triathlon training programmes for triathletes all around the world. He runs triathlon training camps in Lanzarote and Morzine in the French Alps.
As a triathlete Matt races at all distances from sprint up to Ironman and has qualified for IM 70.3 World Championships on a number of occasions.
Jon Overment, ASA/UKCC Level 2 Swim Teacher
In addition to being a Level 2 ASA Swim Teacher, Jon is also an International Triathlon Coaching Association (ITCA) Coach and a member of the www.triathloncoaching.uk.com coaching team. Jon has extensive experience of developing swimmers of all abilities in both group and 1:1 sessions with his athletes.
As a former competitive swimmer, Jon made the transition to triathlon in 2006 competing in his first sprint event. He has since raced all distances including Ironman. He combines his passion for the sport with travel and regularly races outside the UK, highlights being Challenge Roth, Abu Dhabi and Luxembourg. In 2019 Jon will be returning to long distance events (he's regretting it already) by competing in Challenge Roth in July, he has also secured entry to Outlaw Half Nottingham in May and Leeds ITU Standard distance in June.
