Group Coached Sessions
Our coached group sessions provide a perfect blend of technique and endurance work, so you will have a great work out as well as improve your front crawl stroke.
Swimmers will be split into lanes so you’re swimming with similar paced swimmers. We provide tempo trainers to ensure your lane is developing good pacing and working at the right level for that session. Where needed for a particular session, we’ll also provide other equipment such as fins and paddles.
Our sessions will change each week to keep your workout fun and challenging, but importantly all the sessions will be looking to develop your Critical Swim Speed – or “CSS” – to make you become a faster and more efficient swimmer over distances of 400m and up.
The sessions will be run by Swim Revolution’s friendly and experienced coaches. Our priority is to help you improve your swimming, but we’ll also make sure you have some fun along the way.
Sessions are held on Monday evenings at 8pm, at Graves Health and Sports Centre (S8 8JR).
Swimmers will need to arrive 15 mins early to register and change. If it's your first session, please complete the attached registration form and bring it with you on the day.
Swimmers can attend a single session at the drop-in rate of £9.00 or buy 10 sessions for £80.00. The 10 sessions can be used up any time over 12 months from the issue date.
