Group Coached Sessions
Our coached group sessions provide a perfect blend of technique and endurance work, so you will have a great work out as well as improve your front crawl stroke.
Swimmers will be split into lanes so you’re swimming with similar paced swimmers. We recommend using tempo trainers to ensure you develop good pacing and work at the right level for the session. Where needed for a particular session, we’ll also provide other equipment such as fins and paddles (see covid 19 restrictions).
Our sessions will change each week to keep your workout fun and challenging, but importantly all the sessions will be looking to develop your Critical Swim Speed – or “CSS” – to make you become a faster and more efficient swimmer over distances of 400m and up.
The sessions will be run by Swim Revolution’s friendly and experienced coaches. Our priority is to help you improve your swimming, but we’ll also make sure you have some fun along the way.
Sessions are held on Monday evenings at 8pm, at Graves Health and Sports Centre (S8 8JR).
